goal

Hello,

Don't misunderstand, I am not talking about football goal.

I saw a slogan in my office last few days.
"A goal without a plan is just a wish, so do you have a plan?"

this reminded me ,when I went for an interview at securities commision,
the interviewers did show me a video clip.

An easy guess, it's about goal.
It said everyone on the field must know their position and role.
But the most important is, the team must have a goal which understand and acceptable by team members.

Without goal, the team would have no direction.
